Money back guarantee If you are not satisfied with our products* you have the unconditional right to claim and receive a refund within 30 days after the purchase date.

*Any external products (Pre-designed templates, Add-on Modules) developed by X-Cart / Qualiteam company themselves have a 30-day money back guarantee. We do make available modules from a number of other module companies, but such modules have a no-return policy.

No refund is available after 30 days. Each client has the right for one moneyback only. No repeated moneybacks are available.

No moneyback for related offers: additional licenses, multi-license packages, and other purchases on rebate.

X-Cart Templates

Refund in relation to pre-designed templates will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, dependant upon the agreement we have with the 3rd party providers with regards to refunds and under what conditions they are due.

X-Cart Web Hosting

We are happy to provide you with a free hosting trial period of 7 days on our servers whereby we will load up a copy of X-Cart Gold demo version for you to test. If after the 7 days you are happy with the speed of the site, X-Cart software features and software management ability and decide you wish to host with us, a hosting account will be created for you, X-Cart software installed (if applicable, upon purchase of the software or your providing proof of licence ownership), and first quarterly hosting term will officially commence, with invoice payable on 7 day terms.

This service does not offer a moneyback guarantee but instead a free 7-day trial period for you to fully evaluation the software and our servers, thus resulting in a fully informed decision should you wish to proceed. During the trial period, and during any official hosting period with us, all clients must ensure to adhere to our Service Level Agreement.

X-Cart Services | Web Design & Development, X-Cart Setup and Site Maintenance

Given that extensive information and clear pricing and project workflow process will be provided, we are unable to offer refunds on these X-Cart services. Should you have any questions or doubts prior to commencement of such services, we strongly recommend that you raise any issues prior to project commencement.

X-Cart Training

You will be given an estimation of training and travel (if applicable) costs prior to this service being undertaken with you. As such, given the nature of the service, no refunds are applicable on the training itself, nor travel expenses incurred.

Online Payment

We are unable to offer trial periods nor refunds in relation to any online payment products and services advised on this site.

Products requiring external registration | SSL / Digital Certificates and Domains

Once you authorise that we, on your behalf, purchase a digital certificate or register a domain for you, even if you change your mind, they will still remain registered in your name for a minimum period of 12 months. As such, no refunds or moneyback guarantees are applicable.
