We provide training so that you can self-manage your eCommerce site. You need to be able to be ‘hands-on’ with your site, just like you would a physical shop, to ensure its success.

Training can take anywhere from 1-4 hours and will cover aspects such as:

Image Editing

Should you be unfamiliar with image editing, we can also assist you to learn the basics. Prior to our appointment please advise the consultant the image editing package that you wish to learn, and ensure that it is installed and fully functioning on your computer, ready for the training session.

We recommend use of FileZilla free FTP software with X-Cart as it does not cause any problem, nor ‘break’ anything within your cart web structure. If you wish to learn how to use this program during your training, please download the software and install it in advance, ready for the training session.

Training can also be done over the phone or Skype.
